Projects Analysis Report

The Monitor process includes a Projects Analysis report. The Projects Analysis report displays various project statistics. You can select a Project Phase for a work package or action when adding them. If you select the Project Phase as In Planning or In Execution, you can filter this report to show only these actions.

The following table describes the fields that are displayed in this report:

Field	Description
Total Estimated Costs	Total estimated design costs
Total Actual Costs	Total actual costs
Variance	Variance between the estimated design costs and actual costs
% Variance	The % variance between the estimated design costs and actual costs
% Complete Design	The % of completed project actions in the Design Project Phase (Project Status of Approved or Approved - In Design).
% Complete Execution	The % of completed project actions in the Execution Project Phase (Project Status of Issued-In Progress or Issued On-Hold.).
% Complete Total	The % complete of all of the project's actions.
