maintenance checklist
A series of questions or steps that a craftsperson or other maintenance personnel completes as part of completing a work request. For example, craftspersons might complete a checklist to:
- record a measurement
- verify that they conducted a step
- answer questions about the current condition of an equipment item or facility space
- verify that the work area

Checklists are associated with the maintenance workflow in two ways:
- 
                    Linked to the Issued status of the service level agreements (SLAs) governing the work. 
- 
                    Preventive maintenance only: Checklists are linked to the PM step of a PM procedure. 
The checklist questions and responses are stored in the tables of the extended questionnaire system.
