Equipment System Console: Reports
You can access the following reports from either the Asset Relationship Assignment or Asset Relationship Analysis tabs of the Equipment System Console. Each report includes a smart search filter to restrict the report, and buttons to export the data to Excel, DOCX, or PDF. Access the reports from the Reports button in the upper right corner of the Equipment Systems Console.
- List of Dependent Assets. Shows the list of dependent assets for the asset selected in the System Assignments tree. You can use the smart search to further restrict the list; for example, to show dependencies for only a specific assembly.
- List of Asset Dependencies. Select an equipment system (assembly level or below) to show the assets it is dependent on
- All Spaces Served by Selected Asset and its Dependents. If you have selected an equipment system, the form is restricted to show the list of rooms served by that asset and its dependents. If you have not selected an equipment system from the System Assignments tree or the Dependents or Dependencies panels, this report presents you with a list of all equipment assets. Select an asset to see the rooms served by the asset and its dependents.
- List of Assets Serving a Room. This reports presents you with a list of rooms. Select the room to see the list of assets it serves.
- Asset Support Team Member by Asset. Select an asset in the System Assignment, Dependencies, or Dependents panels, and this report shows the team members assigned to the asset.
- Assets Supported by Team Member. This report presents a list of team members. Select a team member to see the assets the team member supports.
- Inventory of Asset Systems. This report present the all the equipment systems you have defined. You can restrict the report by level 1 (System) through 4 (components).
