Tracking Waste Spills
When you record information for waste that you dispose of by Discharging it, some of this waste might be classified as a spill. Waste categorized in this way represents an unintentional discharge or emission of waste, that you could not immediately recover. For example, some portion of temporarily "spilled" waste might in fact go down the drain or through a foundation and not be recoverable.
You record spills by giving the spilled waste a Waste Disposition of Spill and a Disposition Type of Discharge.
