Recovery Status field
A field in the Rooms, Employees, Systems, and Equipment tables that is used to document the status of personnel and property during all phases of an emergency -- from initial occurrence, through response, through recovery, to a return to normal conditions.
The default value is "No Status" to indicate that an emergency situation is not in process. When your site has recovered from the emergency, you should return the value to "No Status."
Whereas the values for the Recovery Status field for employees focus on availability, the values for the Recovery Status field for rooms, systems, and equipment have values that indicate usability, such as Destroyed, Recoverable, Fit for Use.
Managers and recovery teams can analyze the status of items and people to determine the best way to recover -- both short-term and long-term -- from an emergency.
