Wastewater emission factors are measurements that relate wastewater units to estimates for air emissions from wastewater collection and treatment systems. Wastewater, also referred to as sewage, is water that has been used, as for washing or flushing, or in a manufacturing process.

By default, waste water treatment emissions are measured as mg/gallon, but you can define different units if needed.
