Hoteling and Reservations
-
Attach ics files to hoteling notifications for desk bookings.
-
Reservations Calendar Console. If you integrate Exchange with Archibus, you can now see links for Zoom and Teams meetings in the Reservations Calendar Console.
-
We have improved the messages that the user receives when no desks are available to book. This occurs when all hotelable seats have been booked, or when
EnforceFloorCapacityTarget
is set to "Yes" and the floor has reached its maximum occupancy target. (AD-8097)
Smart Client Extensions for Revit and AutoCAD
-
Revit Model Checker
-
Global publishing parameters
-
Publish linetypes and line widths from CAD to SVG
Workplace
-
Calendar view to provide an overview of the week. From the Calendar, immediately access the screen for booking a room that day.
-
For maintenance requests, technician or supervisor can tag requestor in comments and requestor can see the comment in Workplace. Also, requestor can see maintenance request status changes.
-
Previously, if a floor had no available seats the Workspace Booking screen did not include the floor in the list of floors for the building. The Workspace Booking screen now includes these floors in the floor list; this enables the user to load the floor plan if desired. A counter next to each floor lists the number of available seats on the floor; for floors at full capacity, no counter is listed.
Maintenance Console
-
Improved filter.
-
Per-row actions. In V.2022.01, we removed the per-row action buttons for a work request. We have added this feature back by adding to each row an ellipses button that presents the appropriate actions.
-
PM checklists. You can directly connect a checklist to a preventive maintenance procedure, omitting the need for an SLA. This change makes checklists available to those users who do not define SLAs for their PM procedures.
Space Console
-
Division Name and Department Name descriptive fields in UI.
-
Export social distancing circles.
-
If you promote a validated field to the Rooms table, the highlight will now use the corresponding highlight color defined for the validated field. Previously, the highlight indicated only whether or not the promoted field had a value.
Other
-
BIM Viewer
-
OnSite. Support of checklists
-
Database Update Wizard. Provide an option to output SQL scripts from DUW.
-
Employees table. The honorific field's drop-down menu now includes a gender-neutral option.
