Reviewing Service Requests

As a business manager, you may wish to review how you have handled service requests routed to you for approval.

  1. Select the Business Manager / Review Approved Service Request task.

    The system presents a list with all service requests and archived service requests to which you have responded.

  2. Select a request from the list.

    The system presents the View tab listing the request details, including the request status. If the request has been closed or completed, additional information pertaining to costs and requestor satisfaction may display.
