View Invoices for Properties, Buildings, Leases, or Accounts

The Lease Invoices, Property Invoices, Building Invoices, Account Invoices reports provide details for all invoices associated with a selected lease, building, property, or account.

To generate these reports:

  1. Select Chargeback & Invoicing / Invoice Administrator and then select one of the following:
    • Lease Invoices
    • Building Invoices
    • Property Invoices
    • Account Invoices

    A list shows all your leases, buildings, properties, or accounts, depending on your selection.

  2. Select an item from the list.

    The Invoices section shows details for the invoices for that item. The Costs section shows details for the costs associated with the invoice.
