Issue Invoices

From the Issue tab of the Invoice Cost Wizard, you can preview invoices to ensure that they are accurate and include all costs before issuing them. Once an invoice is issued, you cannot make any changes to it.

The Issue tab shows invoices that have not yet been issued; that is, the invoice status is N/A. If invoices need to be approved before being sent, this step shows all invoices awaiting approval.

If you selected to automatically issue the invoice when you created it (by selecting the check box for Issue?), the invoice has been automatically issued. These invoice appear on the Manage tab.

From this tab you can:

To preview an invoice:

  1. Select an invoice.

    Note: To restrict the list using the smart search console, click the + sign that appears when you mouse over a column header. The smart search console enables you to restrict the list by any column header, including: Invoice Number, Send To, Lease, Building, Property, or Account Codes. See Smart Search Consoles.

  2. Click Preview Invoice.

    The Invoice window shows invoice and cost details.

To issue invoices:

  1. Select the invoices you want to issue, and click Issue Invoice.

    A dialog box appears asking you to confirm that you want to issue the invoices.

  2. To proceed, click Yes.
  3. The invoice now appears on the Mange tab.

After issuing invoices, go to the Manage tab to manage payments for invoices.
