Importing Existing Lifecycle Cost information Using Archibus Connectors

You can import existing lifecycle information using the Archibus Connectors.

If you have information within your organization available, you may wish to import past years' data into the cost model rather than manually enter it. If you can import one year's data, you can import ten years of data automatically by the same method.

1. When importing data:.

   • If you create new rows, take care that the "Scheduled Cost Code" column is blank. (The records are auto-numbered, and the program will assigned the new Scheduled Cost an ID number on import.)

   • If you create new rows, take care that the Building, Property and Project Code values are present and accurate in these rows.

2. Use the Archibus Connectors to import and reuse this data.
