room status

The Room Status field in the Rooms table has an enumerated list with these values:

• Available for use
• Requires cleaning. -- These rooms cannot be booked for today, but you can book them in the future.
• Do not use. -- These rooms are not bookable in the present or in the future.

The Space applications use the Room Status field to determine if a room can be occupied by an employee.

Hoteling uses the Room Status field, along with Is Hotelable?, to determine if a room can be booked.
