Assignment Status

This field (wrcf.status) stores the current state of the craftsperson's assignment: Active, Returned, or Complete. This enables the system to track work, and to ensure that details for all work is accounted for when there are multiple assignments. You can change the Assignment Status directly under certain circumstances, or the Assignment Status can change in response to actions you take, such as returning a work request, or marking it as complete.
