Tier 1 and Tier II Classifications

Classification issued by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for hazardous chemicals. If a chemical is on one of these lists and is present in sufficient quantities, it must be reported on a Tier I or Tier II Chemical Inventory report.
