Working from the Enterprise Assets or Assets applications, you are able to track and manage your asset portfolio that includes the following asset types:

• property
• building
• equipment item
• furniture item

Because assets are so interdependent, it is important to track changes for different types of assets together. For example, if a building is being sold, this affects the equipment and furniture in the building. For this reason, the application enables you to review asset transactions for your asset portfolio.
