Review Employee Training, PPE Types, and Medical Monitoring

As a company employee, you may want to review your upcoming or completed safety requirements: your requirements for PPE renewal, training, and medical monitoring. Your requirements may be a result of a workplace mishap (such as medical monitoring to follow up on a work-related injury) or standard requirements for your company's safety program, such as an annual physical.

Use the "Employee Training, PPE Types and Medical Monitoring" task to view information about your training, PPE or medical monitoring responsibilities. The value and status of the items included in each report are assigned by your manager or corporate safety office.

Review your safety program requirements for accuracy and completeness. If you have concerns about any of the presented information, consult your company's safety officer.

To view your safety-related information:

  1. Select the Health & Safety /Employee Review / Employee Training, PPE Types, and Medical Monitoring task.

    The Search Filter opens with your name in the Employee Name field. Click the Show button.
