This management report shows equipment assessments by classification level 3 for commissioning projects. Use this report to see the commissioning assessment items, listed according to the level 3 classification.

The following key asset lifecycle metrics are available for each equipment asset:

• Condition Rating - Avg.
• Facility Index - Avg.
• Cost Est. Baseline (Cap.)
• Cost Est. Baseline (Exp.)
• Cost Estimated Total
• Cost To Replace
• Useful Life Remaining (Years): The report dynamically determine remaining life based on Year Life Expectancy minus actual Equipment Age (yrs).
