Define Companies

Many Archibus applications require you to enter the companies, regulatory agencies, and organizations with which you do business.

To define companies:

  1. Select the Define Companies task.

  2. Enter the following fields:

    Name

    Uniquely identifies the contact party.

    You can enter a name, a more general description, or a company's name.

    Address 1

    Address 2

    City Code

    County Code-

    Country Code

    Region Code

    State Code

    Postal Code

    Use these fields to specify the contact’s location.

    The City, State, County, Region, and Country Code fields are validated by the corresponding tables. See Developing Geographic Data
    Comments Enter any comments that help identify the company contact or how to work with this company.
