Creating Chargeback Based on Revit Suite Areas

Now that you have both suite and gross area data, you can create chargeback based on suite areas. When you generate chargeback that is based on suite measured areas, the system automatically updates area totals and performs proration without the need to run additional tasks.

To do so:

1. Log into Web Central.
2. Access the Chargeback Cost Wizard. In Web Central, select Real Estate Portfolio Management / Cost Chargeback & Invoicing / Chargeback Administrator / Chargeback Cost Wizard.
3. Generate chargeback. The Cost Chargeback Wizard guides you through the steps of the chargeback process. From the Generate Chargeback tab of the Chargeback Cost Wizard, you generate chargeback for your Approved Costs.
4. Approve chargeback costs.This step enables you to review the rolled-up and prorated charges before you approve them.
5. View approved. Review the approved chargeback costs.
6. Generate invoices.When the chargeback is approved, you can generate invoices for the approved chargeback costs that are receivables using the Invoice Cost Wizard.
