Sizing Areas with Grip Editing

You can edit most items inside of AutoCAD by using a technique called grip editing—working with drawing objects by using their grip handles, which are small squares that appear on the vertexes of drawing objects you select.

Selecting a drawing item sets it to grip-edit mode so that you can work with it.
