The Bookings and Reservations report combine working space bookings and meeting room reservations into one report. (AD-7721)

The Maintenance Console's main page now flags returned work requests and shows the latest comment. (AD-5013)

Security vulnerability in log4j resolved. (AD-8120)
Real Property

Lease Expiration PDF. The Lease Reports By Year / Lease Expiration (ab-rplm-lsadmin-leases-expiring-per-year-chart.axvw) now correctly generates a PDF. (AD-6854)
Workplace

Service Catalog. Pressing Enter on Service Catalog no longer opens hamburger menu in full screen. (AD-7409)

Working Space Bookings
-
Morning Bookings. Making a morning booking after 1:00 PM of the same day is now being prevented by showing the floor plan of the selected building as unavailable (Floor plan view) and no rooms/spaces available (Room list view); therefore, no booking for that day’s morning is possible. (AD-4227)
- Search button. iOS. You no longer need to scroll to access the Search button when running the Workplace app in iOS (iPhone 12 pro/max and 7 plus).(AD-7043)

Searching for Employees. This issue is resolved. If you set the
AbEssentialFacility-SelfServiceSearchandAbEssentialFacility-KioskSearchapplication parameters to On, employee searches on a floorplan should be disabled. However, the Find Employee field is still visible when searching for a workspace. Similarly, employee searches in the Create a Request > Find Location view should also be disabled when these parameters are set to 0. Note that these two parameters currently do hide the "Find a person, room or equipment" card in the Service Catalog, as intended. (AD-7500) -
Canceling Recurring Bookings. This issue has been resolved: only the first booking in recurring series is canceled when
AllowMultipleBooking = Noand bookings overlap, (AD-7734) -
Date Format. The reservation is now shown in the DD/MM/YYYY date format for locales that use this format.(AD-7982)

Notifications. When
SendEmailToOccupiers = YESandmail.propertiesis properly configured, the user now receives an email when they successfully book a room. (AD-8167) -
Canceling bookings. Time zone. The booking is now canceled when the time zone is different. (AD-6813)

- Meeting Room Time Slots
Workplace now supports "Time Day End" values that are not on the hour, for example, 5:30PM. (AD-7257)
Workplace in accessibility mode or on the phone now supports meeting durations in half-hour increments. (AD-7257)
Hoteling

Email. For the AbSpaceHotelling activity, all email content has been moved to the Messages table. This solves a problem with translating email notification into Spanish using normal localization tools. The impacted features are:

Define Room Arrangements. Setting the Time Day Starts and the Time Day Ends options with the Workplace Services / Reservations / Background Data / Define Room Arrangements task now correctly works in conjunction with the
TimelineStartTimeandTimelineEndTimeoptions set with Workplace Services / Reservations / Manage Reservations /Configure Application Parameters. (AD-6465 )

Space Console. Enum fields. .Resolved a problem with the Edit Multiple Record form setting enum fields to empty, even though the user did not select a new value for these fields.(AD-6877)

Space Console. Improved performance. Loading floor plans when logged-in user's role has VPA has been improved. (AD-7612)

Space Console. Employee Search. If the Search finds more than 200 matches, it now displays the 200 matches and prompts you to enter a more specific search. This resolves a problem with the search freezing when it found too many records. (AD-7325)

Define Locations. The system now correctly presents error messages if you try to create duplicate buildings and sites or when the foreign keys are not validated. (AD-8031)

Equipment Systems Console: Dependencies panel. Performance has been improved. (AD-7029)

Asset Registration Console. Exception Reports. Sample Data. We have corrected the sample data so that these reports now correctly load. The Equipment Status values for some records from ta and property tables were missing. (AD-7973)

Maintenance Console. Site Code. Site Code is now updated when changing location data on an issued work request. (AD-7214)

Maintenance Console. Printing to DOCX and PDF. In the generated PDF or DOCX, the program now includes the entire selection of work requests that you selected. (AD-7286)

Maintenance Console. Work Logs. Work logs are now created when performing a bulk update. (AD-7530)

Maintenance Console. Automatic Lookups. A problem with automatic lookups breaking the ability to select a work request has been resolved. (AD-7899)

Costs of Completed Work Requests Report: Virtual Fields have been increased to 10 characters. (AD-7834)
Smart Client Extensions for Revit and AutoCAD

Revit Fix: Drawing Properties. Renamed models and copies of models would always use the Building and Floor ID values when connecting to the Archibus database. There was no way to correct this problem. The underlying way of connecting to the database is now based on the internally-stored values in the model for the Building ID and Floor ID, instead of the originally-used model name. Additionally, there is now an option to ‘Reassign’ the model in the Drawing Properties form. (AD-6914, AD-6980)

Revit Fix: Number Command. Numbering for the current view does not display an error now. (AD-7827)

AutoCAD Fix. Publish Enterprise Graphics. Some Xref’d files would cause the EMF graphics to be offset or not visible. This would cause problems with the displayed floor plans from exporting a PDF or DOCX file from the Web Central Space Console. This has been fixed. (AD-7875, AD-8226)
Mobile Apps

Maintenance app. Editing Equipment. A problem with the user not being able to edit equipment when using the "My Work" listing, but only when using the "Issued" listing has been resolved. (AD-7192)
