web view (Web Central view)

In Web Central or within an embedded browser in Smart Client, a collection of data, charts, images, maps, and enterprise graphics that are presented in a formatted manner using filters, panels, hierarchy trees, and other elements.

Web views are written in XML and stored in .axvw files. They can take advantage of all available view elements, whereas Smart Client grid views can present only data.
