Group and Individual Move Reports

From the individual or group move tasks for requesting, editing, or examining a move order, you can generate the following paginated reports:

Group Move Report

Click Report to generate a paginated report for the group move. This report includes:

• project information
• move information, including
  • any tagged furniture and equipment associated with the move
  • all employees being moved
  • new hires
  • employees leaving
  • teams moving
  • rooms moving
  • assets to be moved

The Group Move report sorts moves by the Move Type field (employees moves, new hire, employee leaving, equipment, asset, team, or room). For example, if a group move includes both employees and rooms, the employees are listed together, followed by the rooms that are also listed together.

Individual Move Report

Click Report to generate a paginated report for the individual move. This report includes move details, including the name of the employee or room to be moved, and any tagged furniture or equipment associated with the employee or room.
