View Available Rooms

From the View Available Rooms task, you can review a comprehensive list of rooms that includes summary information for the room. This information includes the Employee Available Capacity, so you can determine which rooms have the capacity for additional employees.

You can export the rooms to a paginated report; this enables you to see all rooms when there are too many records to show on the screen.
