Lease Expirations

The Lease Expirations chart graphically shows the number of leases and subleases expiring by year. The Date End for the lease or sublease is used to determine the expiration date.

You can use this chart to estimate lease management workload, and to assign or unassign people to managing lease renewals and transactions. If you mouse over a bar in the chart, a tooltip shows the number of leases for that year.

You generate the Lease Expirations by Year - Chart by selecting Leases / Lease Portfolio / Expirations
