Lease Cost Profile

The Lease Cost Profile report presents all the details for a lease, the lease indexing profile, the lease CAM profile, and any chargeback agreements (used with the Chargeback & Invoicing application).

Select the Lease Indexing Profile tab, and the report's bottom pane lists cost records. Click the Details button on the far right of each cost row to access index information, if available.

Select the Lease CAM Profile tab, and the report's bottom pane lists CAM costs.

Chargeback agreements are used with the Chargeback & Invoicing application. For your convenience, you can access enter a chargeback agreement for the lease from this tab, or review existing chargeback agreements.
