If you have a license for Moves or Service Desk you can take advantage of the Space domain's transaction-based features, which are based on workspace transactions.

These features include:

• tracking how rooms are shared
• tracking employees to multiple locations
• tracking how space and occupancy change over time, which enables historical space reporting and trend analysis
• processing space requests (move requests and departmental claims and releases of space) with a definable workflow that is based on service requests

• working from a consolidated Workspace Transaction Console
