For each instance of new waste, a record is created with the Status of Generated that documents this quantity of waste. This waste record serves as an archive of all waste produced regardless of whether the waste is being stored in a centralized location, accumulated at a temporary satellite area, or has been disposed of. Because they serve as an archive, Generated records are not edited either by users or the system.
