churn rate

The period churn rate is calculated as:

• the percentage ratio of the number of employee moves completed during a certain time period / the average number of occupants during the same time period.

You specify the time period using the Filter console when generating reports that include churn rates.

Churn rate does not include employees leaving or new hires.

Typically, churn rate is calculated on a yearly basis, but churn rates can be calculated for any period that you define.

Churn rate reports are found under the Executive Manager role of the Moves application, or in the Move Reports process of the Space SaaS module.
