Amount Expense

When the Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set is enabled, the Amount - Expense field shows Total Costs in the Budget Currency. Applications use the following equivalents for Amount Expense:

Amount Expense = Total Expense (Payment) X Budget Exchange Rate

If the Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set is not enabled, the Amount - Expense field documents the amount you received or the amount you paid without any breakdown for any taxes that might be involved in the transaction.
