This document specifies the scope of the commissioning work and details of responsibilities for the commissioning agent at each stage of the project. This contract is the result of the design professionals and commissioning agent reaching agreement on the scope of the commissioning work for a specific work package. At close-out, this document includes the as-built drawings.
