Defining Service Windows for SLAs

In this step, you define the requirements for the response by entering the service window start and end times, and the service desk manager.

For information on the form's Compliance Service Contract fields, see How to Associate Compliance Contracts with SLAs. These fields are not applicable to the Maintenance module, as Archibus SaaS does not currently support the Compliance views.
