Time-of-Use (TOU) Rate Structure
A time-of-use rate structure applies a date / time restriction against measured consumption values. For example, if the rate is a summer peak rate applying to July and August, 2:00 PM through 6:59 PM, then the rate restriction would consist of two fields, rate_mm and rate_hh, to specify the months and hours to which the rate applies. If no values are checked, then the rate is applied to all values (no restriction is generated).
You should ensure that utility rate records are entered to cover all time periods during the year. and that the utility rates do not overlap in time period.
