Sustainability & Risk/ Emergency Preparedness / Manager

Managers

Managers need to make decisions on how to get operations up and running again; they need a quick picture of their current conditions, such as how many rooms are unfit for use, how many square feet these rooms affect, how many equipment items need to be replaced, how many need to be brought back on line, and so forth. With this information, managers can prioritize purchases, enact contingency plans, adapt business goals, and so forth.

Summary Reports

The following reports are available to managers. These reports present a summary of the recovery status of facility items. You can click on the summary to access the details of the contributing items. For example, if a summary report lists that 18 equipment items are not recoverable, you can click on the report cell to have the system present a list of the specific 18 items.

Advisory Bulletins

In addition to reviewing summary reports, managers may need to do the following:

Review Advisory Bulletin for Managers

A member of the emergency response or recovery team may create an advisory bulletin with information that is specifically targeted to managers. Managers use this task to review manager-specific bulletins.
