Getting Results with Archibus

Assets (application and SaaS module)

Use the Assets application and SaaS module to manage the entire asset lifecycle from initial receipt to O&M to disposal. Assets include equipment, furniture, telecom equipment, properties, and buildings.

The Assets application and SaaS module contain all of the features of the Asset Portal and Telecom Assets applications as well as features to manage initial receipt, disposal, and lifecycle.

Asset managers need to provide effective stewardship of assets through their full operational lifecycle -- from acceptance through operational use and disposal. The application provides an integrated view of all assets, including properties, buildings, land, structures, equipment, and furniture. Web-based consoles provide transparency into asset value, location, status, ownership, and cost. Integrated features support the work of IT and maintenance. Mobile apps provide point-of-activity interfaces for asset acceptance and field surveys.
