Detail Drawing field

CAD drawing, with a .DWG extension, that details a portion of your facility. For example, you might create a site plan drawing, such as US-PA-CAMPUS that includes the building asset symbols for that site. This site plan drawing is the detail drawing for the site.

You can associate database records with a detail drawing by completing the record's Detail Drawing field with the name of the drawing. Only specific records for some assets and locations contain this field. The program can use detail drawings in drill-down queries, such as the Space Book mobile app's drill-down from sites to floor plans.
