Foundations Manager
For Archibus Foundations, Foundations managers perform the data development and administrative tasks that enable self-service users to access facility information and make facility requests using the self-service Workplace tool.
- use the Service Console to manage service requests from self-service users who use Workplace to make requests
- manage moves, room assignments, employee occupancy, and space utilization using the Space Console
- review reports, metrics, and statistics about the facility and services
- develop and maintain the fundamental facility data such as the departments, the employee list, standards, equipment, and so on. If a site opts to outsource all or part of the data development process, the Foundations Manager can maintain this data once initially developed.
- define basic operations at the site, such as workflow (SLAs) and user accounts
- manage users who have these roles:
- GUEST
- 4 - PROCESS OWNER - FOUNDATIONS (ACP)
- 4 - PROCESS OWNER - MODULES (ACP)
In the sample HQ project, the Foundations manager signs in as user AFM-FDN.
Users who authorized as Foundations Managers are assigned the 4 - PROCESS OWNER - FOUNDATIONS (ACP) role.
