Types of OnSite Deployments

While initially designed for use with SaaS deployments that use the Maintenance SaaS module, OnSite is also available for non-SaaS deployments.

SaaS Deployment

Archibus OnSite is included with your purchase of the Archibus Maintenance SaaS module.

The SaaS solution ensures easy upgrades and mobile version compatibility.

If you have a non-SaaS deployment, beginning with V.2022.01, you can integrate OnSite into your maintenance workflow.

To ensure compatibility between Archibus Web Central and OnSite, the following policies apply:

The customer must ensure OnSite and Web Central compatibility. Using a Mobile Device Management (MDM) tool is one way to ensure compatibility when downloading apps.
We do not offer patches, unless to resolve critical security issues.
Customizations to Maintenance applications must be reviewed to ensure compatibility with OnSite.
