Set the Background Data Synchronization Interval for Mobile Apps

The background data is refreshed on an interval that is determined by the AbSystemAdministration-BackgroundDataExpiration activity parameter. The default value for this parameter is 12 hours.

The interval is maintained across all apps, reducing duplicate downloads when validating tables are shared between apps.
