Search, Correct, and Delete GDPR Data Using Archibus Application Views
You can use the standard Archibus product interface to respond to GDPR requests.
- Look up information in response to a data subject's request as to what information the organization keeps
- Update information the data subject states is inaccurate
- Delete information from a data subject's exercising their right to be forgotten.
In addition to making the appropriate change, your organization's policies may require you to inform the data subject that offline backups and historical information will be kept according to the retention policy of the organization.
Administrators with the appropriate data permissions can also use the Views tab of the Smart Client to load any table and field.
The views for accessing each type of personal information are below.
